For one of our main clients based in Luxembourg - an European Institution, we are looking for a Support Officer with expertise in the domain of M365 and providing user trainings to join our team in the area of financial supervision, fraud prevention and crime investigation. You will be part of the Digital Services Unit and will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the IT autonomy Programme of the client. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing projects to achieve the autonomy of the organization and provide trainings to the users and onboarding to the newcomers. 


More specifically, you will be responsible for...

  • Providing support in the domain of MS 365 
  • Act as a second line of support for all the tech support issues
  • Conduct diagnostics to determine the nature of problems, provide support, and perform repairs when possible to hardware, software and equipment
  • Onboarding of new staff in the organization
  • Provide support in Video conferencing domain
  • Provide training for the usage of Video conferencing rooms
  • Provide support for IT equipment 
  • Provide support in user account management, password reset, etc. 
  • Provide support in all IT related domains.


You need to be based in Luxembourg and work on hybrid mode (50% presence in the office). 

Job requirements

Are you the perfect match? 

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience;
  • Proven experience in IT/security support team;
  • Experience in providing support to users;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS 365, Azure, and best practice methodologies (ITIL or similar);
  • Experience in providing User trainings;
  • Technical knowledge to configure Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Video Conference meeting rooms.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2).
